    Textile headset. decent fit
I purchased this headset based on my late experiences with a Blueant T1 and Q1. The Q2 seems to be a combination of the two, with the advanced voice control of the Q1 and the Wind Armor technology from the T1. As with all the Blueant devices, the fit is neither here nor there but not perfect. I use the earloop with the smallest gel possible for my small ears. The headset stays in role, but there is some movement. One of the additions to the Q2 design is a small rubber bumper that keeps the headset microphone off your effrontery during use. I don't know that it makes a difference in call quality, but it takes a little getting used to - the tender-hearted that something is resting on your face all the time. Call quality is excellent, the people I talked to said they couldn't portray I was on a headset. I haven't used it in windy conditions yet, however. I was able to hear everyone loud and unmistakable, possibly better than my phone speaker. The speaker in the Blueant products is excellent. I was...
Triumph sure your phone has Android 2.2 before you purchase this headset.
I bought my first BlueAnt two years ago and have been very impressed with their unimpaired quality. When they introduced the Q2 I decided to upgrade so that I could get all the new features. The sound quality remains gracious, but unfortunately I can't use most of the features I bought it for. The caller announce uses weird pronunciations so it's arduous to understand sometimes. My phone, although only a few months old, does not have the latest version of Android, which is version 2.2 (take care of the Android version when you purchase an Android phone). The text to speech feature on the Q2 only works on Machine 2.2. The voice dialing also does not work with my phone (Motorola CLIQ). So, I could have purchased a less overpriced BlueAnt headset to get the sound quality without the features. I definitely recommend this brand but if it's features you have a yen for, then I strongly urge buyers to make sure it's compatible with your phone.

Crucial Gizmo! Don't try to upgrade Firmware on VISTA!
I purchased this thing via eBay but I thought people should know a few things. Summary: PROS: Good probe quality, voice recognition is fun and effective. Comfortable and easy to control. Simple cabal. Firmware Upgradeable (see below) CONS: Voice Control doesn't work with my iPhone 3GS (though that's Apple's big problem, not BlueAnt's) It can be a hassle to learn all the commands initially. Phone can be set up to learn up to 8 quick-dial numbers but does not manifest to be able to recognize names in Contacts. Hoping that changes in the future. The headset is "mark new" so all the kinks haven't been worked out yet. Firmware update can lead to heart attack/beat if you don't read this review. ----------- First of all, it's a great headset. The ear gel is about as comfortable as eargels get and the earhook is subdued. Sound quality is good and people can easily hear me...
Unerring little BT headset for the enV2! UPDATED 12/28/09
Not steady why other users had problems with it the earbud base breaking because I used it with the default rubber earbud and it pops in with dab effort. I've had mine about 2 weeks, and even dropped it onto the concrete floor at work and no damage. I've had several Motorolas, a Jabra, and tried the Jawbone II. I have to say the Q1 is the best equality of these so far. It fits comfortably and the sound quality very good. The noise reduction is not nearly as passable as the Jawbone, but I never was able to have the Jawbone stay in place with the sensor against my face for very long. Pros: - Pairing and trap couldn't be easier. - Clean design that is comfortable to wear (lightest piece I've had). - Voice control and recognition is great and I don't know how I lived without it before! - Firmware upgradeable via the internet! Cons: - Whim it had a little more on the volume range. With the headset all the up, and my enV2 all the way...
Paramount Blue Tooth Headset I've Ever Used.
I have adapted to 4 blue tooth headsets since I have been using blue tooth enabled phones. One plantronics, two motorola, and the Jawbone. The plantronics was ok and my first (I didn't have anything to liken to). Both motorolas were just horrible. The jawbone did not deliver at all as promised and was the most expensive out at the time. I make up it was worse than the motorolas just because of the hype about how awesome it was. I just recieved my BlueAnt Q1 today and have acclimated to it so much I had to charge it. It is really fanstastic. I was reluctant to try another blue tooth headset with my track note, but I went for it. Man, I am so pleased. One friend I talked to wanted to know where I got it because on his end, our conversation was perfect. I even talked to him skin while my neighbor was blowing leaves, and he didn't hear it until I pointed it out. Even then, he said it was barely audible. I when all is said feel like I got a product I can use that didn't over hype itself. I don't mind paying...

    Maximum effort Yet!
This is get the better of handsfree car speakerphone I've had so far. My first was a Motorola T305 which I found to be (barely) adequate. I then purchased a Blueant SuperTooth II which I acquainted with up until the purchase of this unit. I really liked the SuperTooth II in terms of call quality, amazing battery-operated life and the convenience of the on/off switch being activated by the microphone boom. It was a bit limited in its feature set as newer models were being released, but it was/is a tough performer. Based on excellent reviews of the Motorola T505 and my desire to get a new gadget, I also purchased one of those. I was not extraordinarily impressed with it in terms of call quality or ease of use and gave it to the same friend who inherited my Motorola T305. I was to hand to get a new handsfree (nothing wrong with the SuperTooth II, I just wanted a new gadget again) and was pleasantly surprised to learn BlueAnt had only released the new S4. I quickly ordered one and received it on Monday...
    Alarming Purchase
I had wanted to get a hands parole device for the car after getting and I Phone. I did a lot of research and reading and decided that I didn't want anything that dealt with the present. I wanted to keep it simple. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday, this is what I asked for. I love the Blueant S4. It is soft to use and was easy to set up with my I Phone. I did purchase a longer charging cord, as the cord that came with the S4 was about 6 inches elongated and wouldn't really work in my car. Now I can have the S4 charging if need be and not have to worry. No one realizes that I am on a speaker phone unless my son is in the car and decides to carillon in with a hello or two. I would definitely recommend to others who are technically challenged like myself. If I can set it up and use it, anyone who can read and follow directions can do it too.
Appropriate attempt, but still room for improvement
Let me ethical start off by saying that everyone's tastes would differ... and the opinions stated by myself may not be what you experience... I offer reading more reviews... especially the critical comments about the item to help update your decision making process... Now with that said, The Blueant S4 was purchased to replace the ST3 which I purchased in fact 2 weeks earlier... not that I didn't like the ST3 (I love it) but disappointingly it did not have multipoint. I credence in that if the ST3 carried this feature it would be a top seller. It is a nicely designed speakerphone and I do like the fact that the power buttons slither on/off unlike the heavy pressing you had to do for the ST3. Also the lights are not as bright so it is great to drive with at night. To a certain larger than the ST3 but still quite light... the visor in my vehicle didn't hang or downturn everytime I hit rough stretches of road. Also really nice is the handsfree trigger where you say "blueant,...

    Titanic product
I honey Blue ant. There products consistently do what they claim to be capable of unlike certain other major brands that start with a moto. I had a Z9i before this one that served me well for 3 years. It still works though I have shabby out the grommet that holds the ear hook in. This one appears to be of the same great quality with a few upgrades and love the achieve on it. It's comfortable and light, I forget at times that I am wearing it. What more can I say? Two thumbs up an all around great product. Morose and has not let me down yet. [...]
    Unspoilt for price.
When I bought the bluetooth, it was with the intense of not only for talking to people hands free, but to reduce the stress on the headphones I always use. This bluetooth is positively a handsfree bluetooth, but I quickly discovered it is only for incoming or outgoing calls. It does not occupation to play music on the Iphone. I have never used a bluetooth on an IPhone before. Every other cellphone I have ever had, you can play the music through the bluetooth. Clearly the technology has changed or the Apple company decided that playing the Ipod through the bluetooth was not needed. I will persist using the bluetooth for car and work related callings, but I also have to carry my headphones to listen to the Ipod while at line or at the gym.
A zealous buy for small ears!
I have pint-sized ears so I needed to find a wireless bluetooth that would fit my ear. This is very difficult for me, meaning I'd need to shop for the ear ring and adjustable ear buds. This one provides both. The call clarity is amazing. No problems hearing anyone, and no one has problems hearing me. The one detail I will mention is that if you do put this blue tooth in your purse, make sure to keep the ear bud on. Mine feel off and I'm in the process of contacting the maker for a new ear bud. It's a little pricey, but worth it to me after going through likely over $200 in blue tooth brains sets just to have them fall off, have poor quality with me being heeard or the caller being heard, etc. Also, the Down Tooth head set arrived, and when I opened the package, the blue tooth was not sitting on the endure. It had fallen off. But this is a packaging or transporting error.

BlueAnt Embrace Headphones Review - Gadget and Accessory ...

BlueAnt is one of my favorite Bluetooth headset maker, and when I heard BlueAnt introduced a sort new tandem of headset I was quite pumped to give them a try. Bluetooth headset aren't perfectly punctual to give us the same circumstance wired headset can. BlueAnt's Accept headset may be their first indulgence into the headphone market-place, but at least we certain they've got some brand of audio training nonetheless....

This listing isn't mere fanboy fantasy: Every single one of these upgrades is something that Apple is wonderfully capable of delivering (or allowing another company to deliver through a piece of software or attributed iPod accessory). Too bad the AT&T iPhone deal and Jobs' stubbornness won't ever let them become truth.
