Protects, grips, and collects lint.
I had an iPhone 3G for two years before upgrading to the iPhone 4 a couple of weeks ago. I had the 3G wrapped in Bodyguardz's full fullness protector the whole time and it rocked. It added grip to the back without making it too grippy on the screen, safe from scratches, and it wasn't a bulky case. Once I got my iPhone 4, I wanted to give my 3G to my little sister to use as an iPod avail oneself of. This is where the best feature of the Bodyguardz protector showed itself. Before I gave it to her, I removed the protectors from the front and back and the 3G looked tag spanking new. No scratches, no smudges, and no residue from the protector. It literally looked fresh out of the box, and that's no gasconade. I realize this isn't an iPhone 3G protector review, but this is an important feature of the Bodyguardz film. Relation between Zagg Invisibleshield
I have been using Zagg Invisibleshield for all my whilom iphones including iPhone 4. The zagg on my iPhone 4 had recently started collecting dust and peeling off on corners due to the Apple Bumper. It was then that I sure to try a different brand. The Bodyguardz caught my attention of the 2 pack and the competitive to the Zagg. The Bodyguardz(BG) indoors in a similar package to the Zagg. It came with a bigger spray due to the two pack. The solution isn't enough for both shields but you can use tap O and a tiny amount of soap. Installing the Bodyguardz was no different than the Zagg. Of course, I've installed over 15 Zagg shields from the iPhone 2G to the 4 so it wasn't cold at all. The coverage is better than the Zagg as well, it covered more on the front and back compared to Zagg. I've noticed that there will be some air bubbles and misted up areas after installing the Bodyguardz, but I've been told that this is normal for the...

Horrendous Product
I a moment ago installed this screen protector on my iPhone 4. This is the second one I have tried. The first was the Zagg. This one is pronounced! It was easy to install, is very clear and smooth. I would highly recommend it.

It works alarming--Here's why.
Reading reviews about these partition off protectors always gets me overly paranoid, and I end up never knowing what to get. So, what the heck, I decided to give Skinomi a try, reasonable because their website did a good job describing their product and Zagg has received way too many negative reviews (solely about how the Zagg screen protector destroyed the feel of "smoothness" as fingers no longer "glided" over the iPhone). I've applied a numeral of screen protectors, both from the cheap and the expensive end. And my experience has been all pretty benign, suggesting applying a process protector (ANY protector!!) doesn't need to be such a stressful process!! Just business with it, and it all comes out peachy at the end. First, FOLLOW the instructions. (Clean off lint, dust, etc. and make unswerving not to introduce them to the screen protector's sticky side!) The solution they provide is essentially the best quality. Accomplished Product
I purchased this memo to use in conjunction with the apple bumper. When I purchased it I only intended to use the back piece as a way of preventing scratches, and I programmed on leaving the front untouched so as not to mess with the screen's look (I used one previously and hated it). However, after the back gather went on perfectly and I let it sit for 12 hours I realized how good this product is. I had no streaks or fizz of any kind. Thus I put the front piece on and I'm truly happy I bought this. As others have said, the trick is making definite you use the liquid. Do not go overboard and soak the film and phone, but definitely use a little more than you think you might need and you should have no problems.

Not that giant...
After reading indisputable reviews, I decided to give this protector a shot. I managed to install it with no dust or lint, but there's no contentment to be had afterwards. I have uploaded pictures to show what I'm talking about below. First of all the cutout size is smaller than the glass, which could be understandable to steer clear of dust collecting on the edges. But the main problem is that the cutouts for the home button and lecturer do not center on them. Right now the cutout for the speaker/front camera sits lower than it should be, while the cutout for the available button sits higher than it should...a necessary compromise since aligning one of them would misalign the other. Secondly, the "orange peel" essence is VERY apparent, regardless if I'm looking straight down on it at arms length, or if I'm looking at it at an angle. The skin also has that sort of "sticky" feeling, which doesn't allow my thumb to easily glide over the silver screen unlike the phone's glass surface...

Smashing Protection Without the Bulk
I purchased a Blackberry Torch 9800 on "dinghy day" and wanted to protect it. This Skinomi Carbon TechSkin is a wonderful alternative to a bulky preservative case. It is so thin you don't know that it isn't the original cover. The screen guard is, by far, the cleanest and least obtrusive that I have ever acclimated to (and I have put other brands of screen guard on the last 4 generations of Blackberry that I have owned). Most surprisingly is that I had a assuredly question and called Skinomi for assistance and their customer service team could not be more helpful and pleasant on the phone. I exceptionally recommend Skinomi products... NOVEMBER 23 Update: I have now had the Skinomi Tech Bark on my BB Torch for, approximately, 4 months and it looks, as good as, the day that I applied it to my Torch. The small screen protector is still the best i have ever used on a BB smartphone and the skin itself is still holding strong. Usually, you have to restore, at least, the screen protector - not with this Skinomi kit.

no zone protection
It leaves alot of gaps and doesnt cloak slider part or corners...the most vulnerable part of the phone.

Not satisfied
I recentley purchased two blackberry torch phones and wanted a esteemed protection cover. This product is nothing but a bunch of stickers that you apply to the phone. The instructions warn you that air froth may appear over the main screen. There is no way I would apply this to my phone that I paid a lot of money for. The ad placed on Amazon is misleading, it gives the take-off that you are purchasing a full body and screen protector but it is just a bunch of stickers. I wanted a passable protection case that you can also use the phone with. This is not the product I was looking for.

A bit shrewd to apply but overall a nice product
When my Skinomi kit here I was very surprised. It wasn't quite what I expected. What it's NOT: it's not a thin flexible cover that you quickly piece over your phone. What it IS: It's a kit with the materials you need to apply a thin but strong film (skin) to the exterior of your phone cadaver. The film comes pre-trimmed and consists of about 10 individual pieces - a cut pattern that panic your phone. Each piece has a slightly sticky surface on the back. You'll need to follow the instructions which tell you to disperse stretch the provided solution on the back to wet each piece before applying to the phone. One by one you carefully apply each piece. There are no instructions that show you which production goes where but if you take your time and work carefully, you'll figure it out. Just don't rush this. Start with a freshly laundered work area and a bright light so you can clearly see what you are doing. You'll need a hair dryer too. The wet pieces don't cane very well at...

Will not buy again
The wall off protector still has bubbles and imperfections. The instructions read that the bubbles will go away within three days. It has been about three weeks and there are many imperfections. The lamina is slick, making it easy to drop the phone, but otherwise looks fine. It is hard to get the skin and telly protector on. Took me about thirty minutes. The screen protector also makes the screen look prurient--I have never had this problem with other screen protectors. I have owned an iphone, ipod touch and two blackberrys. I purchased concealment protectors for all of them (generic cheap ones--$1-$3) and this one has been the worse. I will not buy from skinomi again. The screen champion and skin do seem to be protecting the phone, though, but the skin will not protect from dropping.
