Classic to use, bluetooth might be a little too strong!
Condensation: ============= This is a simple device and easy to use, but sometimes the Bluetooth stays connected through-out the house, while my stock is in the driveway. This is the main reason I give this 4-stars. Charging port is under the device and if you are running low, it is callous to keep it mounted while stuffing the charging cord in between the device and the sun-visor. That is a minor reason why I also give it 4-stars. [See Update at bottom, recently lowered to 3-stars] What's in the box: ==================== 1. SuperTooth Companion bluetooth device 2. Car charger that uses mini-USB 3. Magnetic whack that allows you to use the device with the sun-visor closed or open What I like about this: ======================== 1. Simple to trap and use; it gets the job done! 2. I press the green button and I can do voice-dialing the same way as I do with just my phone. 3. Seems like a fetching good battery...
    Works Brobdingnagian! Perfect For Mom!
I bought the Supertooth Companion for my Mother in law, as I needed something easy to set up, and operate without too many bells and whistles, and the Supertooth Buddy is it! In one's own view I am getting tired of the technical "arms race" with electronic devices. The Buddy does it's job well without having to snatch through hoops. I read the manual, explained it to my wife, and she set it up for her Mother, no problems! To me that is the true check up on, as my wife isn't a gear head. If she can set it up, and my Mother in law can work it, then it passes the test. It is plenty ear-splitting enough for conversations, and the magnetic visor clip allows the Buddy to be swapped from one side of the visor to the other in an ready-made if one needs to change the visor position. A great bluetooth device for those of us who just paucity something simple that works. It comes with a car charger and USB to Mini USB cable to charge the unit. It does not light on with a home charger, though one can use the USB cable to charge it...
    Enormous product !
I bought this several months ago and unquestionably love it! It's so great to be driving and not have to worry about cords getting in the way. It keeps charged for almost a week and I use it several hours a day. It's so relaxed to use and charges in about an hour in the car.

    Motorola Roadster vs. Motorola T505
I own the newer Motorola Roadster and the marginally older Motorola T505. So it made sense to do a head-to-head comparison to see which unit is advantage.Design: Both units are compact. The Roadster's layout is somewhat more appealing to my eye. The Roadster's rudder are labeled and easy to find. They are also illuminated. The T505's controls are not as well labeled or illuminated, but it is easy to use nonetheless. The T505 has a reversible mounting blow, so it can work with cars like my Audi, which have sun visors that swing from front-to-rear rather than the usual rear-to-front. Roadster's mounting cutting is not reversible, so I must mount it backwards in order to use it. Once the unit is mounted backwards, throw those easygoing-to-read labels and icons out the window. The T505 is made from plastic. So is the Roadster, but it also is partially submerged by a nylon or poly cloth material that could prove to be less durable. While the Roadster features a more...
Judgement of the Roadster for iPhone - not all features are available, but it's still quite useful
Before getting this I did utterly a bit of searching on the web, and couldn't find anything that explains exactly how well this speakerphone works with iPhones. Several other reviews silhouette its main features, and a few mention that they use it with their iPhones but don't discuss the limitations of that mode, so what follows is intended good for those who hope to use it with an iPhone. (I've got the iPhone 3G, but I can't see any reason it would work differently with the iPhone 3GS or 4). It's incontestably designed for droid phones, and on those phones you can download the MotoSpeak app and have it read texts out thundering - and even allows you to compose texts hands free. Still, the basic and most essential functions arrive to work with any Bluetooth enabled phone, and certainly with my iPhone 3G. It hooks easily to the sun visor of the car, and the mount plugs into the cigarette lighter. It links easily with the iPhone, once you go into the settings and...
Prodigious Product! No Clue whats with the bad Reviews
I am absolutely not sure what is up with the bad reviews(1 star). Regardless of the bad reviews, I still purchased the product and to be trustworthy I think it is great. People seem to complain for absolutely no reason. Don't compare a device to another badge. This is not a comparison review. The product delivers as advertised. This is my first motorola product I purchased from amazon. -Able delivery + -Easy pairing. What a breeze for any non techies out there. + -Speaker phone works profound. + Everyone I spoke to so far had no clue I was on speaker phone. Its loud too except if the volume is on full blast it can be slightly fuzzy. Simple fix(don't put it on full volume) -FM transmitter works fine. + Here is where I don't get some of the reviews. What do you want? Dolby Digital, THX certified sound coming out of your car speaker from this device? You don't even get that from your handheld phone. If you find a unobstructed...

    Superlative Yet!
This is surpass handsfree car speakerphone I've had so far. My first was a Motorola T305 which I found to be (barely) adequate. I then purchased a Blueant SuperTooth II which I acquainted with up until the purchase of this unit. I really liked the SuperTooth II in terms of call quality, amazing freestyle life and the convenience of the on/off switch being activated by the microphone boom. It was a bit limited in its feature set as newer models were being released, but it was/is a dependable performer. Based on excellent reviews of the Motorola T505 and my desire to get a new gadget, I also purchased one of those. I was not only impressed with it in terms of call quality or ease of use and gave it to the same friend who inherited my Motorola T305. I was expectant to get a new handsfree (nothing wrong with the SuperTooth II, I just wanted a new gadget again) and was pleasantly surprised to learn BlueAnt had justifiable released the new S4. I quickly ordered one and received it on Monday...
    Overwhelming Purchase
I had wanted to get a hands unencumbered device for the car after getting and I Phone. I did a lot of research and reading and decided that I didn't want anything that dealt with the present. I wanted to keep it simple. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday, this is what I asked for. I love the Blueant S4. It is elementary to use and was easy to set up with my I Phone. I did purchase a longer charging cord, as the cord that came with the S4 was about 6 inches lengthy and wouldn't really work in my car. Now I can have the S4 charging if need be and not have to worry. No one realizes that I am on a speaker phone unless my son is in the car and decides to jingle in with a hello or two. I would definitely recommend to others who are technically challenged like myself. If I can set it up and use it, anyone who can read and follow directions can do it too.
Adequate attempt, but still room for improvement
Let me unprejudiced start off by saying that everyone's tastes would differ... and the opinions stated by myself may not be what you experience... I present reading more reviews... especially the critical comments about the item to help emend your decision making process... Now with that said, The Blueant S4 was purchased to replace the ST3 which I purchased truly 2 weeks earlier... not that I didn't like the ST3 (I love it) but disappointingly it did not have multipoint. I imagine that if the ST3 carried this feature it would be a top seller. It is a nicely designed speakerphone and I do like the fact that the power buttons slink on/off unlike the heavy pressing you had to do for the ST3. Also the lights are not as bright so it is great to drive with at night.Measure larger than the ST3 but still quite light... the visor in my vehicle didn't hang or shatter retreat everytime I hit rough stretches of road. Also really nice is the handsfree trigger where you say "blueant,...

Not mere but the best I've tried
I bought a unqualified of 5 (yes five) different Bluetooth speakerphones to test on my car visor and operate with my Sprint HTC Border phone. Each unit has flaws and two are unusable in my opinion when used with the Sprint Touch. Your results may contrast. Here are the units I tested: The Jabra SP5050, Parrot Minikit, BlueAnt Supertooth Merry, BlueAnt Supertooth II and Motorola T505. I chose these units based on the positive user reviews on the Amazon purlieus. Now how they perform when paired with my Sprint HTC Touch... BlueAnt Supertooth Light - Works creditable with few complaints. Connects automatically every time. Has mini USB for charging which is exactly the same as my phone. OK speaker tome (but the volume may cause an echo on the other end). I like how turning the unit on or off is accomplished by pushing the mic in/out. Arresting clip is nice. BlueAnt Supertooth II - Works good but doesn't usually connect unconsciously with the...
This is the bluetooth mechanism you were looking for!
I recently bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS. It is the get the better of car I have driven to date, but the biggest problem it has is that all vehicles manufactured prior to April 2008 have no bluetooth. This is the first car I have owned without bluetooth installed since the technology first became close by. Since I run a business and constantly use the phone in my car, I scrambled to find the perfect device. Right now the two most popular BT devices are the Blueant Supertooth Joyful and the Motorola T505. It was a tough choice which way to go but I chose the Motorola because it had FM transmitting capability. The one preoccupation that is misleading about the pictures depicted of this device on Amazon is its size. I was amazed to see just how small-scale the T505 is. It comes with a very strong clip that secures itself on the visor, and it easily slides on and off whenever you have occasion for to remove the T505 for charging purposes. The included car charger is worthless for most...
    Harmonious good, but can improve
Here is a meticulous little product that I like a lot. It doesn't get 5 starts because it is not perfect, and it doesn't get 4 stars because it has problems, but it is still a certain extent good and I use it a lot in my car. The MotoRokr T505 is a battery operated bluetooth device that hooks to the visor and allows you to pull down or make hands-free phone calls in your car. While it has its own speaker, it can also transmit the sound through an FM frequency so that you can hear to your calls on your car's stereo system. Furthermore, it supports A2DP protocol, which means that if your phone is compatible, you can flow music to its speaker or to your stereo system. And not only MP3 music, as it works well with applications too (so, if you have Windows Media Actress or equivalent application in your phone, you can actually listen to Internet Radio or Podcasts, for example). The sheer problem I have with this device is the transmitter strength. While I guess...
