So Confidential, but 2 Major Shortfalls. I bet V2 will be perfect
This gimmick is really close to being a great product. The small adapter with a USB port is great, and the solitary button/mic operation is a clean and attractive design. This works for playing music from your phone via a bluetooth uniting without any wired connections, and it works as a handsfree device as a relatively cheap option to works-installed bluetooth in your car. The main reason I bought this was to act as a handsfree bluetooth device so I could talk/harken to on my phone through my car speakers when a call came in. Sound quality is acceptable, echo cancellation works, but there does not seem to be any other discordance suppression. So, if you are driving on a highway, placement of the microphone/button is critical. The first major shortfall is that it does not autoconnect-- you penury to press the button so your phone connects. That means I need to press the button every time I start my car. That may not seem like a big great amount, but autoconnect on bluetooth...

On device - as long as your receiver has an aux input on the front
This is one of the easiest sad-tooth gadgets to use, and one of the handiest. Unlike most other hands-free add-ons, this one does NOT use an FM transmitter to broadcast over your car stereo- it uses a 2.5mm jack (mini-headphone largeness - same as an iPod.) This of course means that your receiver has to have an available jack to plug into. Assuming your agency is so equipped, then this is probably the best hands-free add on you could find. One large button controls it all (It also houses the microphone.) There's a print that gets stuck to your dash - the dash side is foam adhesive tape, the other grabs the knob with a magnet. At one end of the cable is that button/mic combination - this attaches to the dash. At the other end is a standard cigarette lighter fad plug. Stick this in the auto's outlet (I guess they are no longer called lighters.) This end also has the stopper that sticks into your sound system's aux jack. That's it. Immense Product, Really shines with an iPhone
My car has a 12V vessel and an AUX input inside the center console. I have an iPhone 3GS and had been using a 1st gen iPod Touch to movement music through the AUX input. I wanted to consolidate devices, by using my phone to play music, and also be clever to make phone calls 'nearly' hands-free. All while using A2DP (over bluetooth). I like to presume that this is one of Steve Job's strong points. In researching solutions, there weren't many. Parrot devices were extravagant, and would require a separate visor mounted box. Most devices also connected through FM transmitters. There were only two options which answered my circumscribed pain point. Enter the Aircast Auto. The device was at a mild valuation point, and seemed to have all the functionality I required. The product was extremely intuitive to set up. Greatest Yet!
This is crush handsfree car speakerphone I've had so far. My first was a Motorola T305 which I found to be (barely) adequate. I then purchased a Blueant SuperTooth II which I tempered to up until the purchase of this unit. I really liked the SuperTooth II in terms of call quality, amazing freestyle life and the convenience of the on/off switch being activated by the microphone boom. It was a bit limited in its feature set as newer models were being released, but it was/is a cogent performer. Based on excellent reviews of the Motorola T505 and my desire to get a new gadget, I also purchased one of those. I was not extremely impressed with it in terms of call quality or ease of use and gave it to the same friend who inherited my Motorola T305. I was agile to get a new handsfree (nothing wrong with the SuperTooth II, I just wanted a new gadget again) and was pleasantly surprised to learn BlueAnt had by a hair's breadth released the new S4. I quickly ordered one and received it on Monday...

Breathtaking Purchase
I had wanted to get a hands unfettered device for the car after getting and I Phone. I did a lot of research and reading and decided that I didn't want anything that dealt with the present. I wanted to keep it simple. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday, this is what I asked for. I love the Blueant S4. It is gentle to use and was easy to set up with my I Phone. I did purchase a longer charging cord, as the cord that came with the S4 was about 6 inches hanker and wouldn't really work in my car. Now I can have the S4 charging if need be and not have to worry. No one realizes that I am on a speaker phone unless my son is in the car and decides to sound in with a hello or two. I would definitely recommend to others who are technically challenged like myself. If I can set it up and use it, anyone who can read and follow directions can do it too.

Right attempt, but still room for improvement
Let me fair start off by saying that everyone's tastes would differ... and the opinions stated by myself may not be what you experience... I put reading more reviews... especially the critical comments about the item to help repair your decision making process... Now with that said, The Blueant S4 was purchased to replace the ST3 which I purchased in truth 2 weeks earlier... not that I didn't like the ST3 (I love it) but disappointingly it did not have multipoint. I rely upon that if the ST3 carried this feature it would be a top seller. It is a nicely designed speakerphone and I do like the fact that the power buttons slip on/off unlike the heavy pressing you had to do for the ST3. Also the lights are not as bright so it is great to drive with at night.Somewhat larger than the ST3 but still quite light... the visor in my vehicle didn't hang or dive everytime I hit rough stretches of road. Square to use, bluetooth might be a little too strong!
Recapitulation: ============= This is a simple device and easy to use, but sometimes the Bluetooth stays connected through-out the house, while my wares is in the driveway. This is the main reason I give this 4-stars. Charging port is under the device and if you are running low, it is conscientiously to keep it mounted while stuffing the charging cord in between the device and the sun-visor. Works Excess! Perfect For Mom!
I bought the Supertooth Pal for my Mother in law, as I needed something easy to set up, and operate without too many bells and whistles, and the Supertooth Buddy is it! Privately I am getting tired of the technical "arms race" with electronic devices. The Buddy does it's job well without having to swoop down on through hoops. I read the manual, explained it to my wife, and she set it up for her Mother, no problems! To me that is the true assay, as my wife isn't a gear head. If she can set it up, and my Mother in law can work it, then it passes the test. It is plenty tasteless enough for conversations, and the magnetic visor clip allows the Buddy to be swapped from one side of the visor to the other in an earnest if one needs to change the visor position. A great bluetooth device for those of us who just scarceness something simple that works. It comes with a car charger and USB to Mini USB cable to charge the unit. It does not issued with a home charger, though one can use the USB cable to charge it...

I bought this several months ago and yes love it! It's so great to be driving and not have to worry about cords getting in the way. It keeps charged for almost a week and I use it several hours a day. It's so unhurried to use and charges in about an hour in the car.

Not finish but the best I've tried
I bought a downright of 5 (yes five) different Bluetooth speakerphones to test on my car visor and operate with my Sprint HTC Ignite phone. Each unit has flaws and two are unusable in my opinion when used with the Sprint Touch. Your results may depart. Here are the units I tested: The Jabra SP5050, Parrot Minikit, BlueAnt Supertooth Deplane, BlueAnt Supertooth II and Motorola T505. I chose these units based on the positive user reviews on the Amazon neighbourhood. Now how they perform when paired with my Sprint HTC Touch... BlueAnt Supertooth Light - Works documentation with few complaints. Connects automatically every time. Has mini USB for charging which is exactly the same as my phone. OK speaker capacity (but the volume may cause an echo on the other end). I like how turning the unit on or off is accomplished by pushing the mic in/out. Charismatic clip is nice. I recently bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS. It is the finest car I have driven to date, but the biggest problem it has is that all vehicles manufactured prior to April 2008 have no bluetooth. This is the first car I have owned without bluetooth installed since the technology first became accessible. Since I run a business and constantly use the phone in my car, I scrambled to find the perfect device. Right now the two most popular BT devices are the Blueant Supertooth Empty-headed and the Motorola T505. It was a tough choice which way to go but I chose the Motorola because it had FM transmitting capability. The one obsession that is misleading about the pictures depicted of this device on Amazon is its size. I was amazed to see just how feel put down the T505 is. It comes with a very strong clip that secures itself on the visor, and it easily slides on and off whenever you desperate straits to remove the T505 for charging purposes. Here is a perceptive little product that I like a lot. It doesn't get 5 starts because it is not perfect, and it doesn't get 4 stars because it has problems, but it is still actually good and I use it a lot in my car. The MotoRokr T505 is a battery operated bluetooth device that hooks to the visor and allows you to greet or make hands-free phone calls in your car. While it has its own speaker, it can also transmit the sound through an FM frequency so that you can pay attention to to your calls on your car's stereo system. Furthermore, it supports A2DP protocol, which means that if your phone is compatible, you can squirt music to its speaker or to your stereo system. And not only MP3 music, as it works well with applications too (so, if you have Windows Media Sportsman or equivalent application in your phone, you can actually listen to Internet Radio or Podcasts, for example).
