Enthusiastic portable Mini-Speakers-Cool StylingPenny-pinching-Perfect set of attractive, portable speakers. Great deal for $35 bucks. The "hub" has a rubber Mechanics gland in the middle that the speakers lock into and you can wrap the speaker cables and iPhone/iPod jack cable around it. The hub has an on-off change-over, uses AAA batteries or plugs into the wall with the included adapter. The speakers have a substantial hint to them, but are not too heavy. Speakers are black plastic with translucent black plastic covers. The iPhone stick up for a confront inserts into the rubber ring of the base and allows the iPhone to lay on its side or upright. This uses a 3.5 mm Jack so you can boost this into the iPhone, or probably any iPod or MP3 player that has an earphone jack. I use these on my desk, plugged when into my laptop. I also used these speakers for an outdoor BBQ, and it worked great with my iPhone. The refined thing is you don't need to put the phone into airport mode. Likeable speakers that should be labeled for mp3 player not iPhone
I mistakenly bought these speakers cogitative that they were specifically for the iPhone/iTouch. I was dead wrong. These are generic mp3 speakers that plug into your headset jack and NOT the iPod interface. The problem with this is that although you are able to listen to your device, it is only for a short while as your batteries sustain to drain. Normally not a big deal for listening to music, but watching videos or movies will swallow your battery fast. Since one of the selling points of this unit is to hold your iPod in landscape fashion, I was disappointed in it's limitation. I'll be back to work searching for good iTouch speakers that hold the part in landscape mode AND charge the battery. Let me say again, This is not a set of iPod speakers, nor is it a docking station. It is wholly a set of generic mp3 speakers.
Informal set-up, great sound quality
We are very on cloud nine with this system, which is extremely easy to set up, works well with our iPhone and has excellent sound quality for music. As distinguished in other reviews, the speakers work for phone calls, but could be improved for this use...it would be nice if both the iPhone speaker system and the lightweight speakers had clearer and louder sound for calls. But for the price, this little system is stellar, and we promote it.

Logitec is getting gracious to release two new bluetooth earphones for the Japanese market, the LBT-PCHP02 which is suppositious to be used on a PC and the LBT-AVHP02 for audio players.
